SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

As always, we pay the shipping both ways. We can do this due to a special agreement with United Parcel Service. NOTE: You must use the preprinted labels, when you run out please call us and we will order you more.

NORMAL SHIPPING

1. Write your name and address on a pre-printed "Weigh Bill."
2. If you don't put 1 in the weight box they charge us for 5 pounds.
3. Sign and date label.

Peel off the label and stick it onto the box and call your Servicenumber for pickup. OVERNIGHT, SATURDAY PICKUP AND INSURANCE COST EXTRA

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

1. You will need to call UPS or our own Service and have a Next Day Air weigh bill sent with driver for pickup. The labels provided are Second Day Air only.
2. Please write "SENT OVERNIGHT" on the lab slip. If you wish overnight return write, "RETURN OVERNIGHT" on the lab slip. This will guarantee arrival by 12:00 p.m.
3. We are also able to send to you NEXT AFTERNOON if you wish to receive your cases before 5:00 p.m. the following day. Simply write "NEXT AFTERNOON" on the lab slip.

PLEASE ALLOW THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM WORKING DAYS

BESIDES THE WORKING DAYS IN THE LAB, BE SURE TO ALLOW FOR WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AND THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING TIMES:
