Dear Mr. Merten,

Please excuse me, writing in english. It was good meeting you. I was completely enthralled by the effeciency and effiacy of all the arrangements you made for my trip to Lübeck

(The free pick up from The Airport in Lübeck, (The return to Stansted went without a hitch) together with meeting the surgeons, etc.) to investigate the possibility of dental treatmentwhich, quite honestly

is not available here in the United Kingdom within our ailing and declining Welfare State and national Health Service ( NSH. ): there are many people living here in England in places where there are no dentists.

Some are having to resort to pulling their own teeth out with pliers ( this is 2006 ) - all too often they cannot afford to seek help in a private sector of dentistry - cost are outrageous.

Having decided to contact you, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the fee for consultation with those surgeons, orthodontics, etc. who render services to your business, is completely free.

By comparison and for example, here in England I was quoted a cost of £ 90.00 p ( ninety pounds sterling ) just to see a dental nurse ( not the orthodontist himself ) to determine whether or not the orthodontist

could make a small brace for my front bottom teeth to pull them into line.

Those of us who are lucky enough to receive ( so-called free treatment , although we have to pay by compulsory deduction of National Insurance from our salaries at source ) dental treatment on the National Health Service, do so at our peril. So called qualified British dentists, just want to extract teeth ( although implantology is practised here in the UK. , only the rich and famous can afford it - it is certainly not available on the NHS. Just to give you an example of cost, I was given a quote for one implant £ 2.000 p. ( two thousand pounds sterling ), having paid for a consultation.

I have lived abroad I can assure you that the standard of British dentistry is, with extreme generosity, appalling - even the " bog - standard - dentistry " available is quite unacceptable - NHS. dentist here,

just want to extract teeth and replace them with dentures

I have received feedback from Dr. Dieter Rahtje and Dr. Isabelle Rathje ourlining the four part plan of treatment recommended for me - I shall most definately be in contact with you and them when I have fully understood an planned accordingly to return to Lübeck for treatment, which I believe will be of considerable benefit to me and most importantly, the specialist treatment I need, at the right price.

At the very outset I along with my wife and son would like to thank you for your help and above all in your kind gesture to have taken us to show a German village. We were thrilled by the visit and would like to express our gratitude for your services.

 We did make a visit to Schwerin on Thursday. We were yet again enchanted by the greenery and forests that we saw on our way to Schwerin by train. I have had a full and frank discussion with Dr. Fritz on Thursday. I intend to seriously consider his plan and thereafter inform him to undertake the treatment.

Dear Gentlemen.

I hope you are both well. Heino, I was sorry not to have had the time to visit you last Friday after the completion of my treatment in Lubeck, Dr. Peter called your office but found that you were out and I had some quite tight travel scheduling due to the world cup kick off!! I hope that Peter will be able to show you the photographs of his fine workmanship.

It doesn't seem long ago that i was searching the internet for a solution to my deteriorating dental situation and now sitting here at the computer again i feel very glad that I came across your site when I did!

I can say that far from being the thing which is to be dreaded as is the case for many when time becomes overdue for dental treatment, my experience from the very start was one of confidence inspiring proffesionalism in the most relaxed, informal and friendly atmospheres.

I am overjoyed with the finished results, from the first moment as I walked out of Peters surgery last week, and even before the aneasthetic had worn off, my mouth felt "right" Now a few days later and I'm back home in England I am more and more content with the look and feel of these fantastic natural looking crowns and the clean and solid feel of these ceramic inlays, not to mention the cosmetic build up done to smooth and clean up the front lower teeth. Well done.

Quite apart from the obvious visible improvement to my teeth I'd like to mention also how impressed I have been with the whole service which I was provided. From being met in person at the railway station and taken to the surgery for the first examination to being given guided tours of  the dental facilities involved and the patient and enthusiastic explanation of all of the processes which were going to be used, I must say in my experience of dentistry it has been unique and very welcome.

I know you have a large data base of dental surgeons with whom you work and if they are all anywhere near as good as my German dentist and his team of very attractive assistants then you can only go from strength to strength. I thank you very much and wish you and your associates every success they deserve. Please feel free to use part or all of this as my testimonial as another satisfied customer.
